Notice is hereby given that on the 24th day of June, 2009, and Order was entered in the Circuit Court of Craighead County, Arkansas, appointing Maurice Watkins as Commissioner of Cache River Drainage District of Craighead, Jackson and Lawrence Counties, Arkansas, for the remaining term of Brown Lacy, deceased, expiring January 1, 2011.
All persons interested therein are hereby notified that on the 24th day of August, 2009, at 9:30 o’clock a.m. a hearing will be held in the Craighead County Courthouse in Jonesboro, Arkansas, for the purpose of hearing any and all objections to such appointment.
