The Sun Subscriber Account Management

If you wish to sign up as a new subscriber, enter your last name and zip code then click on the New Subscriber button. Follow the simple 4-step procedure.

If you would like to set up a recurring monthly EZ Pay payment, please CLICK HERE. or contact us at 870-935-5525 or email us at sos@jonesborosun.com. With EZ Pay, you will get our lowest monthly subscription rate and you won't have to worry about another bill.

If you are a current subscriber and would like to make address changes, add your email, change or add phone numbers, make a payment, put in a vacation request or log a complaint, please use our Subscriber Tools app below. You will need the last name on the account, zip code and the subscription account number. If you do not have this information, please contact our customer service department at 870-935-5525.

After you log in, these are the options available to you:


Address Changes
1. Select the Address Tab.
2. Make any necessary changes.
3. Click on the Save Changes button.

Name/ Phone/ Email Information
1. Select the Name Tab.
2. Make any necessary changes.
3. Click on the Save Changes button.

Vacation Requests
1. Click on the Subscriptions Tab.
2. Choose selection in the Status drop-down.
3. Enter your stop and return dates.
4. Click on the Save Changes button.

Complaints
1. Click on the Complaints Tab.
2. Select your complaint type in the drop-down.
3. Enter comments for the custom selection.
4. Click on the Save Changes button.

Make a Payment
1. Click on the Payments Tab.
2. Enter your payment information.
3. Click on the Save Changes button.

Click on the Log Out button when you are done.
