Pink Palace closed by health department

In response to the Shelby County Health Department’s Health Order and Directive No. 16 released Dec. 21, The Museum of Science & History — Pink Palace, and its properties Lichterman Nature Center, Mallory-Neely House and Magevney House, will be closed through 10:30 a.m. Jan. 23.

Any tickets purchased for exhibits, including the Enchanted Forest, events or attractions taking place during this time frame will be refunded by the box office.

Conference going virtual

Due to the COVID-19 pandemic, the 2021 Arkansas State University Agribusiness Conference will be presented live via WebEx on Feb. 10.

The 27th annual event will focus on the outlook for the economy and agribusiness, commodity markets, and the impact of the 2020 election on agricultural policy. It will begin at 8:30 a.m. and conclude at noon. Sessions will be recorded for later access.
