JONESBORO — Join the Foundation of Arts from 5 to 7:30 p.m. April 1 for Hakuna Matata at The Glass Factory, 313 W. Huntington Ave.

The fundraiser, hosted in conjunction with the upcoming production of the Lion King Jr., will feature appetizers, drinks, live music and a silent auction, along with a preview of the Lion King, which will take the stage April 9-11 at The Forum theater, 115 E. Monroe Ave.

All proceeds from the fundraiser will go directly to FOA community outreach programs.

Showtimes for Lion King Jr. are 6 p.m. April 9-10 and 2 p.m. April 11.

Tickets for the fundraiser are $35 per person.

Floor tickets for the production are $15 for adults and $13 for children, seniors, Arkansas State University students and the military. Balcony seats are $13 and $11 respectively. Forum doors will open 30 minutes before the show.

Cory Jackson, 2018 ACMA Country Artist of the Year, will perform from 7:30-9 p.m. April 2 at The Forum. Doors will open at 7 p.m. Ava Little will be the opening act.

Tickets will be $7 for adults and $5 for children, seniors, ASU students and military.
