JONESBORO — The Foundation of Arts has lots to offer this week.

The FOA Music Show, featuring classic rock, will be presented live at 7:30 p.m. Friday, 6 p.m. Saturday and 2 p.m. Sept. 20, at the Forum, 115 E. Monroe Ave.

Tickets range from $14 to $17 and are available at the Forum box office or online at Arkansas Department of Health guidelines will be followed.

FOA is also currently hosting a fundraiser by selling vouchers for strawberry cakes made by Meals for Moms. Cakes are $10 and can be ordered at The Forum or by calling 870-935-2726. Deadline to order is Wednesday and cakes can be picked up Friday and Saturday.

Also on Friday and Saturday, FOA will hold auditions for two upcoming events.

Auditions for a Halloween haunted house, “House of Villains,” which will feature classic villains everyone knows and hates will be 5 p.m. Friday and 10:30 a.m. Saturday.

Tryouts for “Dream Girls,” the musical about a black female vocalist trio, fighting to make it big, will be 5:30 p.m. Friday and 10 a.m. Saturday.

Later this month auditions will open for the Center Stage Production of “Rock of Ages,” set to take the stage in January. Auditions will be held at Sue’s Kitchen, 1708 S. Caraway Road, at 6 p.m. Sept. 26 and noon Sept. 27. Follow Center Stage on Facebook for more information.
