JONESBORO — Because of inclement weather, the Food Bank of Northeast Arkansas has rescheduled two food distributions that were to take place this week.

The Jackson County community distribution set for today has been rescheduled to Feb. 26, from 9 a.m. until food runs out at the Jackson County Senior Center, 400 N. Pecan St. in Newport.

A mobile pantry distribution planned for Thursday in St. Francis County will take place from 9 a.m. until food runs out Feb. 25 at the Larry S. Bryant Wellness Center and Sports Complex, 2510 S. Washington St. in Forrest City.

Two American Red Cross blood drives scheduled for today have been canceled because of the weather. They were to take place at Arkansas State University in Jonesboro and Highland High School in Hardy.
