Juan Arcos, and employee of Davila’s Concrete in Jonesboro, uses a skid-steer loader to remove snow Thursday morning from the parking lot in front of Old Navy on Caraway Road. Arcos said his company had four crews working to removed snow from businesses’ parking lots, starting work earlier that morning at 12:30.
