Ryan Smith, a Brookland police officer, helps his fifth-grade daughter Kylee Smith as she makes her ocean-themed slime during the library’s “Tweens: Ocean Slime” event on Thursday in the Round Room at the Craighead County Jonesboro Public Library in Jonesboro. This event was open to tweens who had finished the fourth through the sixth grades.
