MEMPHIS — Belva Dunlap Roberts, 89, of Memphis passed away Thursday, April 7, 2021, at her home.

She was born June 29, 1931, in Jonesboro to the late Dellos C. and Nancy Agnes Greer.

She was a member of Calvary Baptist Church in Bartlett, Tenn., and enjoyed going to senior citizens center events, traveling with her daughters, and loving on and taking care of her dogs.

In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her first husband, Sherman Dunlap, recent husband, Earl Roberts, son, Sherman Lee Dunlap, daughter, Lucinda Nichols, and five siblings.

Left to cherish her memory are her daughter, Connie (Brian) DuBose; grandchildren, Larry (Angela) Allen, Clinton (Jennifer) Allen, Kendall (Janine) Spargo, Stacy (Linda) Simpson, Kim (Mark) Carter and Shelley (Jamie) Johnston; 15 great-grandchildren; and nine great-great-grandchildren and one on-the-way.

A graveside service for Belva will be 3 p.m. Friday in Unity Cemetery with the Rev. Mike Blaylock officiating.

Masks are encouraged at the graveside service.
