JONESBORO — Helen M. Reithemeyer, 83, of Jonesboro went home to be with the Lord on Tuesday, Nov. 17, 2020.

She was born on March 13, 1937, to Leamon Long and Mary (Gill) Knous.

She was a member of the Nettleton Baptist Church where she loved attending the Sunshine Sunday School class. She enjoyed sewing, painting and going on travel bus tours, especially to Branson.

She was preceded in death by her parents, her husband, Pete Reithemeyer, and her twin sister, Ellen Thomas.

Her survivors are three sons Roger Reithemeyer (Betsy) of Rogers, Steven Reithemeyer (Sandy) of Collierville, Tenn., and Kane Reithemeyer (Rainia) of Jonesboro; brother Charles Long (Lola) of O’Fallon Mo., and four grandchildren, Kyle Reithemeyer (Naudia), Jacob Reithemeyer, Micah Reithemeyer and Nathan Reithemeyer.

Graveside services will be at 10 a.m. Monday at Ballews Chapel Cemetery in Grubbs.
