TRUMANN — Linda Sue McDaniel, 73, of Trumann, passed away Friday at Regional One Medical Center in Memphis.

She was born in Dyess, was a retired homemaker and babysitter, and a lifetime resident of Trumann.

Linda was a member of Calvary Pentecostal Church and loved her family and grandchildren.

She was preceded in death by her husband, Clyde Lamar McDaniel, and son, Michael Shane McDaniel, and was the daughter of the late O’Neal and Madeline Nichols Littles.

Linda is survived by two granddaughters, Shai McDaniel of Houston, Texas, and Megan Isbell of Jonesboro; one grandson, Corey Coulter of Trumann; and two great-grandsons, Mason Isbell of Jonesboro and Jace Dulaney of Walnut Ridge; and many other family members that loved her.

Visitation will be from noon to 1:30 p.m. Thursday at Thompson Funeral Home in Trumann. A celebration of life will follow at 1:30 p.m. in the chapel of Thompson Funeral Home with the Rev. Ricky Forbis officiating. Burial will follow in Jonesboro Memorial Park Cemetery in Jonesboro.

Pallbearers will be Dylan Dulaney, Gary Holmes, Darrell Rains, Jerry Banks, Jonathan Forbis and Mike Freeman.

Honorary pallbearers will be Jimmie Everhart and William Long.

In compliance with COVID-19 guidelines, a mask or other facial covering will be required, a COVID-19 acknowledgment form will be required to be signed and social distancing will be observed.
