PARAGOULD — Loretta Boozer, 88, of Paragould, passed away Tuesday, July 28, 2020. Loretta was born Feb. 20, 1932, to the late Louie Huston Holland Sr. and Jessie Cannady Holland.
She was of the Baptist faith and a member of Walcott Baptist Church. Loretta loved Southern gospel music, yard sales, flea markets and most of all people.
In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her husband, Leland Boozer, one sister, Lois Pezdirtz, brother, Raymond Holland, and infant brother, Larry Ray Holland.
Survivors include her two daughters, Sandy Jones of Columbia, Mo., and Linda (Alan) Winberry of Salem; three grandchildren, Zach (Nici) Huggins of Columbia, Justin Winberry of Fayetteville and Amy (Bill) Pendergist of Little Rock; six brothers, Louie Huston Holland Jr., Charles Holland, Randal Holland, Glenn Holland and Jimmy Holland, all of Paragould, and Larry Dooley of Florissant, Mo.; one sister, Debbie Dubar of Fort Smith; and eight great-grandchildren.
Visitation will be held from 6 to 8 this evening at Heath Funeral Home. The funeral service will be 10:30 a.m. Friday at Walcott Baptist Church with Nathan Gramling and Alan Winberry officiating.
Burial will follow in Mount Zion Cemetery.
Pallbearers will include James Holland, Jeremy Holland, Shannon Holland, Jeff Harmon, Harvey Potter and James Potter.
Honorary pallbearers will include Louie Holland Jr., Charles Holland, Randal Holland, Glenn Holland, Jimmy Holland and Larry Dooley.
