MARKED TREE — Randall Lowery Burcham of Payneway/Marked Tree was born March 16, 1938, in Rienzi, Miss., to Orlando Lowery Burcham and Doris Yancey Burcham.

He died Feb. 13, 2021, after battling COVID-19 in Jonesboro. He was a 1958 graduate of Messick High School in Memphis.

Starting with a route for Taystee Bread, he later assumed managerial positions in the grocery business, which included Kroger in Collierville, Tenn. He retired as a regional manager for Country Mart.

He attended Marked Tree Church of God.

He was preceded in death by his parents and a brother, Ronnie Burcham.

He is survived by his three children, Tina Burcham Smith (Artie) of Senatobia, Miss., Scott Burcham of Payneway/Marked Tree and Stacia Burcham Blagg of Horseshoe Lake; two sisters, Mrs. Joan Eubanks of Hot Springs and Mrs. Jane Carruth of Tupelo Miss.; four granddaughters, Alyssa Smith Hoshell and Kristen, Lauren and Jennifer Layman; and five great-grandchildren.

Funeral services will be 2 p.m. Wednesday and visitation will be from 12:30 p.m. until service time at Marked Tree Church of God, 114 Allyn St., Marked Tree, officiated by the Rev. Patrick Tucker. Interment will follow service in Tyronza Cemetery.
