JONESBORO — Reba Lynn Franklin, 21, of Jonesboro, formerly of Harrisburg, passed from this life Monday, Aug. 3, 2020, at her home. She was born to Jerry Franklin and Percilla Jayco on April 12, 1999, in Paragould.
She had resided in Harrisburg for most of her life until recently she had lived in Jonesboro. She was a member of Anderson Tully Baptist Church.
Reba was a 2018 graduate of Harrisburg High School. She loved poetry, reading, listening to music and singing. Reba lived life to the fullest and never met a stranger.
Reba was preceded in death by her brother, Jerry Dewayne Franklin II, maternal grandparents, Mary and William Allen Thatch, paternal grandfather, William Eulice Franklin, and grandfather, Larry Gorbet.
Reba is survived by her father, Jerry (Mary) Franklin of Harrisburg; mother, Percilla (Gary) Jayco of Weiner; three brothers, Trevor (Stacy) Matilton of Commerce, Ga., Richie Reyna and Anthony Reyna, both of Grapevine, Texas; three sisters, Salie Franklin and Allinia Franklin, both of Weiner, and Alexandria Franklin of Rector; two nephews, Alexander and Jacob Matilton; and a niece, Lylah Matilton.
A memorial service will be 10 a.m. to noon Saturday at Anderson Tully Baptist Church with Pastor Matt Travis officiating. Burial will be private.
