I became so angry this Saturday morning that I thought my head would explode. I read an article that stated Gov. Asa Hutchinson “wants President Donald Trump’s administration to end.”

This is the most insulting thing I have heard from Gov. Hutchinson. Does the governor not know that Arkansans picked President Trump by a 2 to 1 margin over Biden? We didn’t want Biden’s polices and we did like President Trump’s policies.

In Arkansas the duly elected President Trump received 760,647 to Biden’s 423,932. That is 336,715 votes more for Mr. Trump. Also nationally, President Trump received more black, Hispanic and Jewish votes than any former Republican President.

Elected officials are supposed to represent the views and wishes of the people who elected them. It’s obvious that the governor is not doing that.

Is he using what happened at the Capitol as the excuse for his inflammatory words? I think not.

Perhaps Mr. Hutchinson spent too much time in Washington and is part of the swamp himself. He certainly isn’t in line with the wishes of the vast majority of Arkansans.

I know members of the Democrat Party who voted Republican for the first time in their lives because they don’t like what the Democrat Party has become and will do under Biden. They voted for President Trump because they like his policies, such as closing the southern border to illegals, making the U.S. oil independent, moving the U.S. Embassy to Jerusalem, withdrawing the U.S. from the job-killing Paris Climate Accord, not starting any new wars, brokering breakthrough diplomatic relations between four Middle East/regional nations and Israel, etc.

Mr. Governor, you just backhanded the vast majority of Arkansans.
