OSCEOLA — Ty Wagner poured in 30 points Saturday night to lead second-seeded Manila to an 80-61 victory over top-seeded Osceola in the 3A-3 boys' district tournament championship game.

Brayden Nunnally scored 17 points and Jake Baltimore added 16 for the Lions (20-6), who will carry an eight-game winning streak into the upcoming Class 2A Region 3 tournament on their home court.

The Lions will play Harding Academy on Wednesday at 7 p.m., while Osceola plays Pangburn on Thursday at 1 p.m. Other first-round games include Walnut Ridge-Clinton, Thursday, 7 p.m.; and Newport-Rivercrest, Wednesday, 1 p.m.

Manila broke Saturday's game open in the second quarter, outscoring Osceola 26-17 to build a 38-25 halftime lead. The Lions enjoyed a 64-52 lead at the end of the third quarter.

Dontaven Littleton scored 15 points and Jerry Long added 12 for Osceola (17-3). Saturday's loss ended a 13-game winning streak for the Seminoles.

The teams reached the final with semifinal victories Friday. Osceola trailed by as many as 20 points before rallying to beat fifth-seeded rival Rivercrest 69-60. Manila held off third-seeded Walnut Ridge 61-55.

Rivercrest led Osceola 36-23 at halftime. Osceola pulled within 53-45 to end the third quarter and outscored Rivercrest 24-7 in the final period.

Dontaven Littleton led Osceola with 23 points and 10 rebounds, while Chris Littleton had a double-double of 19 points and 10 rebounds. A.J. Harris added eight points and eight rebounds and Reggie Williams scored all seven of his points in the second half.

Manila led 32-28 at halftime and 46-39 after the third quarter against Walnut Ridge. Austin Harmon and Nunnally scored 16 points each for the Lions, followed by Wagner with 11.

Jayden Hollister scored 20 points, Ty Flippo 18 and Kel Slusser 15 for Walnut Ridge.
