Michelle Sheets with the Lawrence County Clerk’s office passes presents for this year’s Angle Tree project to Dustin Norris with Rent One. Rent One transported the gifts from the courthouse to the Lawrence County Meeting Room where a drive-through distribution was held on Thursday. A total of 279 children from 109 families received gifts. “The distribution went really well,” said County Clerk Tina Stowers, who is a member of the Angel Tree Committee.
