Beatles at the Ridge organizers announced this week that plans have been made to hold the annual event in 2021, after a hiatus in 2020 due to COVID-19.

The 2021 event will include some temporary changes, including the elimination of Friday evening events, streamlining everything to one day on Saturday, Sept. 18.

Walnut Ridge Mayor Charles Snapp, who also serves as chair of the festival committee, said entertainment booked for the event includes the band TRIPPP, Lockhouse Orchestra and the Liverpool Legends.

He said decisions regarding street vendors and other aspects of the annual music festival will be decided on June 1 as the committee continues to monitor changes with the pandemic.

Updates will be shared at beatlesattheridge.com, as well as on the Beatles at the Ridge Facebook page.
