Staples speaks at remembrance event

Adam Staples of Walnut Ridge speaks at the State of Arkansas 9/11 Ceremony in Little Rock on Saturday. Staples was interning with an investment firm on the 61st floor of the south tower at the time of the 9-11 attacks. At the age of 22, he escaped the tower less than 10 minutes before it collapsed. At Saturday’s event, he encouraged everyone to remember the good that was done that day. He was joined on Saturday by his wife, Nicole, and children, Abby and Wesley.
