Anita Sue Butler Coleman, 88, of Walnut Ridge, died Monday, June 22, 2020, at Walnut Ridge Nursing and Rehab.

She was born May 16, 1932, in Walnut Ridge, to Steven Mooney and Bertha Simpson Mooney. She was a loving wife, mother, grandmother and great-grandmother. She was a retired factory worker and caretaker, and was a member of the Assembly of God.

She was preceded in death by her parents; stepmother, Ruth Mooney; first husband, Clarence Butler; second husband, K.C. Coleman; daughter-in-law, Kim Butler; brother, Homer Lee Mooney; sisters, Ozella Redding and Patsy Bayles; great-grandson, Michael Anderson; and son-in-law, Tom Taylor.

She is survived by her daughter, Peggy Butler Taylor of Black Rock; sons, Allen (DeeDee) Butler of Houston, Mo., Steve Butler of Vilonia and Mike (Carrie) Butler of Walnut Ridge; sister, Louise Graham of Portia; brothers, Charles (Judy) McCutchen of St. Charles, Mo., Larry (Jan) Mooney of Troy, Mo., Jim Mooney of Imboden and Carl Mooney of Flemington, Mo.; seven grandchildren; and 15 great-grandchildren.

Visitation was Friday, June 26, from 10:30 a.m. until noon at New Life Full Gospel Church in Black Rock. The funeral services followed at noon with Jim McCutchen officiating. Interment was in Duty Cemetery under the direction of House-Gregg Funeral Home.
