Matthew Daniel Cole, 35, of Paragould, died Wednesday, Sept. 3, 2020, at St. Bernards Medical Center in Jonesboro.
He was born Sept. 5, 1984, in Paragould, to Scott Cole and Cynthia Herring Cole (Milburn). He was a loving son, brother, dad and friend. He loved the outdoors. He worked as a phlebotomist before becoming disabled. He left a lasting impression on everyone he met and will be dearly missed.
Matt was preceded in death by his maternal grandfather, Carl Herring; and his paternal grandfather, Eugene Cole.
He is survived by his mother, Cynthia Herring Milburn of Walnut Ridge; father, Scott (Sheila) Cole of Paragould; son, Jayden Cole of Jonesboro; brother, Michael (Jennifer) Cole of Cave City; sisters, Brandy Cole of Paragould, Andrea (Adam) Davis of Walnut Ridge, and Meagan (Lyndon) Ramirez of Paragould; stepsister, Brittany Harris; stepbrother, Bryan Harris; maternal grandmother, Frances Herring; paternal grandmother, Sonja Cole; and many nieces, nephews, family and friends.
Visitation was Saturday, Sept. 5, from 11 a.m. until noon at House-Gregg Funeral Home in Walnut Ridge. Graveside service followed at 1 at Strangers Home Cemetery in Alicia with Tommie Boles officiating.
