Mildred Raylene Wiles, 90, of Corning passed away Jan. 20, 2021, at The Med in Memphis.

Born Aug. 5, 1930, in Dewitt, she was the daughter of the late Raymond and Myrtle Powell Recker. She was united in marriage to Wilburn Wiles on Dec. 24, 1947. She loved reading the Bible, spending time with her family, going camping and being outdoors. She was of the Pentecostal belief and a Sunday School teacher at her church.

Raylene is preceded in death by her parents; her husband, Wilburn; one sister, Pauline Cooksey; and one brother, Junior Recker.

Survivors include one son, Danny (Sandra) Wiles of Cushman; one daughter, Diann (Terry) Gleghorn of Corning; one grandson, Matthew (Kaitlyn) Wiles of Melbourne, two great-grandchildren, Triston Wiles of Cave City, and Elise Wiles of Melbourne; four sisters, Bonna George and Shirley Inman, both of Higden, Dee Niederneier of Corning, and Debbie Harpole of Jonesboro; and many other relatives and friends.

Graveside service was Tuesday, Jan. 26, at Lawrence Memorial Park with James Johnson officiating. Bryan Funeral Home had charge of arrangements.
